Our Mission
To help with financial assistance for Dachshunds with back problems whether it is due to IVDD or any other cause in the state of Kansas. We will provide assistance for back surgery, cold laser therapy, chiropractic and acupuncture treatment and to assist with wheelchair rental if needed.
What is IVDD and why are dachshunds prone to it?
Intervertebral disc disease (IVDD) can also be described as a ruptured, slipped, bulging, or herniated disk that can be situated in your dog's neck or back. Due to the dachshunds short legs and their extra long backs is what makes them susceptible to this disease.
Donations
